Carl Schwennicke
Carl Schwennicke (* 1839 ; † July 15, 1925 ) was a German engineer.
Schwennicke was the first workshop director of Siemens & Halske and a close employee of Werner von Siemens . He was responsible for numerous inventions in the field of telecommunications and metrology. He played a major role in the development of the keyboard punch.
His grandchildren were Carl-Heinz Schwennicke and Carl-Hubert Schwennicke .
