Carl Wahlund
Carl Wahlund (born January 7, 1846 in Kristinehamn , † April 23, 1913 ) was a Swedish Romance scholar and bibliophile.
life and work
Wahland was a student of Gaston Paris . He received his doctorate with the publication of Miracle de nostre dame, de saint Jehan Crisothomes & de Anthure, sa mere. Franskt skådespel från det fjortonde århundradet (Stockholm / Uppsala 1875) and was associate professor in Uppsala from 1892 (as a colleague of Per Adolf Geijer ). Wahlund owned an important Romanesque library.
