Hans Carl Heinrich von Seebach (* 1809 ; † November 24, 1877 in Langensalza ) was a German local politician.

Life

He came from the Thuringian noble family von Seebach and was the son of the Prussian captain Hans Carl Friedrich von Seebach and Maria Friederike Caroline nee. from Marshal.

In 1834 he became an auscultator at the Higher Regional Court of Naumburg as a candidate for the right . In 1846 he took over the position of district administrator for the Langensalza district . As early as November 21, 1848, he resigned from this office due to the political events and retired in Langensalza. He was able to fall back on a not inconsiderable fortune, because when his father died on September 23, 1850, he inherited the paternal electoral court in Großengottern and the manor Ziegelsdorf near Coburg in addition to his brothers .

Carl von Seebach left his son Hans Georg Werner Friedrich von Seebach, born in 1851, who had entered the Prussian military service and now lived on the inherited family estate as a lieutenant in the reserve. He was addressed as a baron or Freiherr and built a pompous mausoleum in Ziegelsdorf .
