Carlos-Enrique Ruiz
Carlos-Enrique Ruiz (* 1943 in Manizales , Colombia) is a poet, essayist, university professor and former rector of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia . He is the founder and editor of the literary magazine "Aleph". His essayistic and literary critical works as well as his poetry have appeared in several international journals.
