Carlos Bielicki (born May 15, 1940 in Argentina ) is an Argentine chess master .

Carlos Bielicki won the Argentine youth championship in 1958 and one year later, in 1959, he was junior world champion in Münchenstein . The FIDE awarded him for this success in the same year the title of International Master . In 1961 he was third in the championship of Argentina. In contrast to the other youth world champions, he did not pursue a professional chess career.

Bielicki is listed as inactive by FIDE because he has not played a rated game since the 87 Campeonato Argentino Superior Absoluto 2012 tournament in Villa Martelli in April 2013 . Its highest historical Elo rating before the Elo rating was introduced was 2485, calculated for February 1962.
