Carlos Saurí
Carlos Saurí (born June 21, 1974 ) is a retired Puerto Rican weightlifter .
Career
Saurí was third in the 2000 NACACI championships in the class up to 77 kg, which made him qualified for the Olympic Games . In Sydney he finished 15th. At the Pan American Championships in 2004, he was fifth. In 2005 he was banned until 2007 for a doping violation . In 2008 and 2009 he was ninth at the Pan American Championships. At the Pan American Championships 2010 he was able to achieve fourth place. He was sixth at the 2011 Pan American Games . In 2012 he finished eighth in the Pan American Championships.
