Carol Moseke

Carol Moseke ( Carol Jean L. Moseke, married Frost; born March 8, 1945 in Cedar Rapids , Nebraska ) is a former American discus thrower .

In 1967 she won the Pan American Games in Winnipeg , and in 1968 she came 14th in the Summer Olympics in Mexico City .

She was US champion four times (1966, 1967, 1969, 1970). She set her personal best of 53.19 m on May 29, 1971.

In 1996 she was inducted into the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame .
