Carolin Schilde (born January 7, 1964 in Schönberg , Mecklenburg) is a German ministerial official and former state secretary in Brandenburg .

biography

Carolin Schilde completed a degree in biology and chemistry at the University of Education (PH) Potsdam, graduating in 1987 with a degree in education. At the University of Potsdam she received her doctorate in 1992 with the thesis Contributions to the physical-chemical characterization and quantitative structure-effect analysis of potential drugs .

She trained for the administrative service and joined the Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Regional Planning in the service of the State of Brandenburg. From 2005 she was the office manager in the ministerial office. In 2014 she became head of the department for rural development, agriculture and forestry in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Agriculture (MIL). Cabinet Cabinet Woidke II they held office from November 2014 to November 2019 as State Secretary in the Ministry of Rural Development, Environment and Agriculture (MluI).
