Caroline Jackson
Caroline Jackson (born November 5, 1946 in Penzance , Cornwall ) is a British politician and member of the European Parliament from 1984 to 2009 for the Conservative Party .
From 1999 to 2004 she chaired the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Policy .
She is married to Robert Jackson, a former Member of Parliament .
