Carsten K. Rath (born August 17, 1966 in Oberlahnstein ) is a German entrepreneur and book author.

Life

Rath trained as a hotel manager in a hotel in the Black Forest . In 2003 he was appointed managing director of Robinson Club GmbH. He then took over the chairmanship of the management of Arabella Hotel Holding International and at the same time became CEO of Arabella Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. He was also on the supervisory board of Design Hotel AG and AOVO AG.

In 2008 Rath founded the hotel company Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment Group, which operates the Kameha Grand Bonn and the Kameha Grand Zurich. In 2017 Rath sold his shares in Kameha Holding and its subsidiaries. However, he is still a partner in the Kameha Suite Frankfurt.

He is represented on the board of trustees of the Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP .
