The Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP is a non-profit foundation based in Kroppach , whose main goal is the promotion of education and upbringing for children and young people. It was founded in the summer of 2009 by Reiner Meutsch with an endowment capital of 25,000 euros and recognized in August 2009 by the supervisory and service directorate in Rhineland-Palatinate.

history

The foundation's first project was the founder's circumnavigation of the world in his twin-engine small aircraft from January to November 2010. During the ten months, the first aid projects in Rwanda , Ghana , India , Indonesia and Brazil were supported and promoted. The TV broadcaster n-tv exclusively accompanied the circumnavigation of the world and reported on the foundation projects in a six-part series “Adventure World Tour”. With the help of donations, the foundation builds new schools and kindergartens worldwide. The 300th school was built in 2019. The aim is to build 40 new school buildings every year.

The foundation is financed exclusively from donations. The German Central Institute for Social Issues rates the foundation as "worthy of support".
