Casa Crespi

The Casa Crespi is a building in the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .

It is located in Barrio Parque Rodó on Avenida Julio M. Sosa 2237 , corner with Calle Patria , on the northern edge of Parque de las Instrucciones del Año XIII . Casa Crespi, built in 1938, was classified on October 5, 1995 as a building of high urban importance ( Bien de Interés Municipal ). The architect of the expressionist building designed as a single-family home is Luis Crespi .
