The three-story L-shaped palace is located at the confluence of the Rio San Felice and the Grand Canal. In front of the palace, towards the Grand Canal and the Rio San Felice, there is a small garden.

On the main garden facade facing the Grand Canal, both main floors are each provided with seven individual arched windows, in front of which there is a balcony on the first floor, as well as in front of the three middle floors on the second floor. In the attic, above the three middle windows on the second floor, there is a large dormer window of later date with a rectangular window in the middle, flanked by two round windows. There is a balcony in front of the dormer window. The ground floor has seven rectangular windows or doors down to the floor.

The garden facade of the other leg of the L is a continuation of the main garden facade, but with only five individual windows per floor. The balcony on the first floor continues on this facade; the second floor has no balcony. The facade of this leg of the L to the Grand Canal has two individual arched windows on each main floor; on the ground floor there are two large round arches leading to a small vestibule, which are only separated by a column.
