The four-story building has an arched portal to the water in the middle on the ground floor , flanked by two rectangular and two square window openings. Next to it are two pairs of rectangular window openings symmetrically. The ground floor is separated from the upper floors by a massive cornice . The two main floors each have a triple arched window in the middle with an iron balcony grille in front. They are each flanked by two pairs of rectangular individual windows. The third floor has a smaller triple rectangular window in the middle, which is also flanked by two pairs of smaller, rectangular individual windows.

The eaves are serrated and above it is a narrow dormer window with a rectangular double window. All openings are framed in Istrian limestone ; the corner stones on both sides of the facade are also made of this material up to the middle of the second floor. On the right side of the facade, the corner stones continue over the ground floor in an ornate column made of Istrian limestone.
