The Casey Range is a rugged and sharp-rimmed mountain range in the Framnes Mountains in the east Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . It extends north-south 13 km west of the David Range . Few nunataks also belong to it.
It was discovered during the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . Mawson named it after the Australian politician Richard Casey, Baron Casey (1890-1976).
