Casey Viator

Casey Viator (born September 4, 1951 - September 4, 2013 ) was an American bodybuilder .

In 1971, at the age of 19, he became the youngest winner of the AAU Mr. America competition . In 1982 he took third place at Mr. Olympia . He gained fame primarily as a test subject in Arthur Jones' 1973 Colorado experiment . In this experiment, Viator gained 20.4 kg, lost 8.13 kg in body fat and achieved a total gain in muscles of 28.67 kg in just 28 days through consistent high-intensity training.
