Castera Cenafils

Castera Cenafils is Haitian military.

The former captain of the Haitian Army was sentenced to life imprisonment on November 9, 2000 by the Gonaïves Criminal Court for his involvement in the 1994 Raboteau massacre . Cenafils escaped from custody in August 2002 when 500 inmates were escaped from prison.
