history

Exhibition concept
The aim of the museum is to present the military history from 1866 to the present in connection with the city history of Celle. The period before 1866 is shown in the Bomann Museum . The reason is the annexation of the Kingdom of Hanover by Prussia this year, so that the military history is treated separately. In addition, the two museums work closely together.
