Centennial Park is a district of Albany in the Australian state of Western Australia .
geography
Centennial Park is to the west of Albany. In the south, the district borders on Mount Melville and Mount Clarence , in the west on Mira Mar and in the north on the districts of Yakamia and Spence Park . The district joins directly north of the center of Albany.
Infrastructure
Centennial Park is a place that is shaped by the service industry. There are several sports venues such as the Albany Regional Sporting Complex , Centennial Park Sporting Precinct with a swimming pool and the Royals Football Club Home Ground Centennial Oval . Further expansion of the existing sports facilities is planned and is funded by Western government with $ 6.9 million.
Shopping malls like the Dog Rock Shopping Center , Albany Shopping Plaza and a small mall to the north attract shoppers from the area.
Centennial Park has its own elementary school, the Coolangarras Barmah Aboriginal Pre-School . There is an urban park called Spaq Park .
Centennial Park can be reached on the 808 bus.
