Central Africa Time
The Central Africa Time (CAT) is a time zone of Africa, which, as the Eastern European Time (EET) and the South Africa Standard Time (SAST), compared to the Coordinated Universal Time is preceded by two hours ( UTC + 2 ). The states in which Central Africa Time applies do not have daylight saving time .
