Center Island (from English center , center, center ” ) is a 6 km long and 3 km wide island in the southern section of Square Bay on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 2.5 km south of Broken Island .
Participants of the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1936) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill discovered and named them. It is probably named after the island's relative geographic location in relation to other islands in Square Bay.
