Centrum Praskie Koneser
The Centrum Praskie Koneser (German: Praga Center Koneser ) is a Warsaw city district of Praga-Północ situated residential, office and shopping complex. The facility was built on the site of the former Koneser vodka factory , the historic buildings of which have been partially integrated into the new usage concept. The revitalization work on the factory, which stopped vodka production in 2009, began in the mid-2010s and was completed in 2018.
The site is located between ul. Ząbkowska , ul. Markowska , ul. Białostocka and ul. Nieporęcka . The builders of the complex, the newly created center of which is Plac Konesera , were the real estate companies Liebrecht & Wood Group and BBI Development . The architectural office commissioned was the Juvenes project . Hochtief Polska and Erbud were appointed general construction contractors, and the financing was provided by Bank Pekao SA .
In addition to the apartments, the total commercial space is 88,000 square meters, including 25,500 square meters of office space. Other tenants in the facility include the Polish Vodka Museum , a fitness club, a medical center, several restaurants and retailers. The facility also houses the Warsaw Google Campus and a Moxy Hotel belonging to the Marriott International hotel group with 141 beds. The underground car park has 1,000 parking spaces and 288 bicycle racks. The facility has received numerous awards, for example for the office space, the usage concept and the hotel.
