Ceren Dal

Ceren Dal (born March 21, 1973 in Berlin ) is a German actress of Turkish descent.

Life

Her parents came to West Berlin from Turkey in 1970. Her father is the writer Güney Dal . At the age of five, Ceren Dal appeared in a short film. She gained further acting experience during her school days at school theater. After graduating from high school, she became a member of the Berlin offtheater group Kohlrabenbunt . From 1995 to 1998 she trained as a ladies' tailor.

Since 1996, Ceren Dal has starred in a number of television series and television films, including one episode each of the series Die Wache and At Your Own Risk (1996) and one episode of Tatort (1998) in which she and her younger sister Sophie Burcu Dal occurred.

From September 1998 to December 2000 she was regularly seen as a leading role ("Canan Dağdelen") in the ARD television series Lindenstrasse . Appearances in other television films followed.
