The Cetinjer Zeitung was a German-language daily newspaper with its editorial office in Cetinje ( Montenegro ). It was published by the KuK Military General Government in Montenegro between August 1916 and October 1918 during the occupation of Montenegro in the First World War .

Following the first edition of the Cetinj newspaper, a Croatian-language edition was published in addition to the German-language edition . In addition, the editorial team planned to issue a Hungarian and an Albanian edition in 1916 . According to its own information, the main focus of the Cetinj newspaper was on an official part with announcements and pronouncements by the military administration, as well as a non-official part, which included all kinds of reports and also news from " hostile " countries.
