After the French Revolution , the property was divided. Part remains in the possession of the Gorce family. The part known today as Château Labégorce belonged to the Weltener-Vastapani family.

In 1821, the manor building designed by the architect Corcelles was built in the Louis XVI. - Built in style. The widow Elisabeth Weltener was the owner of the estate at the time. In 1832, Sieur Capelle took over the estate.

In 1865, Fortuné Beaucourt took over the estate for 224,000 francs. The dynamic Beaucourt was twice mayor of Margaux and invested heavily in the quality of the wine.

After the estate was sold to the Rooryck family in 1918 and taken over by Mr. and Mrs. Condom in 1965, it passed to the current owner, Hubert Perrodo, in 1989.
