Chagor (חָגוֹר also חגור) is a moshav in the Regional Association Drom HaSharon Regional Council in the Central District of Israel. In 2017, 1,175 people lived in Chagor. The name comes from a verse from the book of Psalms 45: 4: "Strap your sword to your side, you hero, and adorn yourself splendidly!" ("חֲגוֹר חַרְבְּךָ עַל יָרֵךְ גִּבּוֹר הוֹדְךָ וַהֲדָרֶךָ"). Dan Chalutz , the 18th chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces , and Gabi Ashkenazi , the 19th chief of staff of the Israeli army, lived in Chagor .
