Chanathip Songkrasin ( Thai ชนา ธิ ป สรง กระ สิน ธ์ , born October 5, 1993 in Sam Phran ), also known as Jay ( Thai เจ ), is a Thai football player .
Career
society
Chanathip Songkrasin learned to play football with the school team of the Sam Phran Wittaya School, the Rajdamnern Commercial College and the youth team of BEC-Tero Sasana FC , with which he signed his first professional contract in 2012. In early 2016 he was loaned to league rivals Muangthong United . In mid-2016 he signed a contract with Muangthong. In July 2017, he was loaned to Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo , a club that plays in the Japanese J1 League . After the loan ended, he was firmly committed by Sapporro.
National team
From 2011 to 2012, Chanathip Songkrasin played eight times for the Thai U-19 national team . He wore the jersey of the U-23 national team 30 times . Since 2012 he has also been an integral part of the Thai national team . To date, he has appeared 52 times for Thailand. He made his debut on November 30, 2012 in a friendly against Vietnam .
