Chandler is a train station in the north of South Australia . The place is 56 kilometers north of Marla at the junction of the Stuart Highway and is an entrance to the Aboriginal country of the Anangu-Pitjantjatjara people. The government of South Australia previously planned to build a freight logistics center on this site.

Chandler is accessible by train. The Ghan , the transcontinental long-distance train that runs from Darwin to Adelaide , stops at the station twice a week in each direction. There is also a bus stop on the Stuart Highway.
