Chantal Biya Foundation
The Chantal Biya Foundation (French: Fondation Chantal Biya, English: Chantal Biya Foundation) was founded in 1994 by Chantal Biya , wife of the second president of Cameroon Paul Biya .
The non-profit foundation sees itself as apolitical and non-denominational. The principles of their actions are based on humanism , philanthropy , solidarity and mutual aid, as well as impartiality and compensatory justice . The foundation takes special care of children , women , the elderly and disadvantaged minorities such as people with disabilities and pygmies .
