Chantal de Bruijn

Chantal de Bruijn (born February 13, 1976 in Schoonhoven ) is a Dutch field hockey player .

Life

At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, she won the silver medal with the Dutch Olympic team. At the hockey world championship she won the silver medal in 2002 and the gold medal in 2006. At the FIH Champions Trophy , she won the gold medal with her team in 2004 and 2005, the silver medal in 2001, and the bronze medal in 2002, 2003 and 2006. De Brujn lives in England with her partner, the British hockey player Beth Storry . Together they played in the British team Reading Hockey Club .
