The Chaohu Ostbahnhof is a newly built and only passenger station for high-speed trains in the city of Chaohu . It is a regular stop on high-speed trains.

The Chaohu Ostbahnhof is centrally located on the eastern edge of the former Juchao district . It is located about 800 meters southwest of Bantang Township and 500 meters east of the old train station on Taihushan Road.

Chaohu Ostbahnhof has an area of around 10,000 square meters, a 10-meter-wide bridge over the railway tracks is provided for boarding and an 8-meter-wide tunnel to exit the station. A lounge is planned for the transit passengers.
