Charles Brooker
Charles Brooker (born March 25, 1932 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player .
Career
Charles Brooker began his career as a hockey player in the junior team of the Waterloo Hurricanes from the Ontario Hockey Association , for which he was active from 1950 to 1952. From 1952 to 1958 the attacker played in the senior area for the amateur hockey team Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen. With the team he won the Allan Cup , the Canadian amateur championship, in 1953 and 1958 . In the 1956/57 season he also played in five playoff games for the Stratford Indians. With the Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen, he represented Canada at the 1956 Winter Olympics. After a break of several years, he joined the Kitchener-Waterloo Tigers again from 1961 to 1963.

For Canada Brooker took part in the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , where he won the bronze medal with his team.
