Charles Germain

Charles Germain (born November 3, 1831 in Hommarting , † June 4, 1909 in Faulquemont ) was a Lorraine lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Germain studied law in Paris and was a lawyer at the Nancy Court of Justice . Later he was a member of the General Council of Lorraine and the District Assembly, as well as a landowner in Hommarting .

From 1874 to 1890 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Alsace-Lorraine Protest Party and the Alsace-Lorraine constituency 15 ( Saarburg , Chateau-Salins ).
