Charles King Mallory
Charles King Mallory IV is an American political scientist .
Mallory studied political science at Johns Hopkins University and received his PhD in 1994. From 1987 to 2002 he worked as a consultant and fellow for institutions such as the Stockholm Peace Research Institute , the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica and the Credit Suisse Investment Fund in Moscow .
In 2007 he took over the management of the Aspen Institute in Berlin , which he handed over to Rüdiger Lentz in 2013.
He is a frequent guest on political talk shows .
