Charlie Brown (boxer)
Charlie Brown (born April 16, 1958 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , United States ) is a retired American boxer in lightweight and normal boom . On January 30, 1984, he won the vacant World Championship title of the International Boxing Federation with a victory by a split judge's decision .
