The Chase Tower , formerly known as the SPS Tower and Bank One Center, is a skyscraper in Amarillo in western Texas . It has 31 floors and is 114 meters high, making it by far the tallest building in the city. It previously served as the headquarters of the local branch of the American National Bank of Texas. It also included offices of the former municipal electric utility Southwestern Public Service. In 2006, Chase Bank became the new main tenant and namesake. In the same year, the bank's logo was attached to the building.

In 2008, as part of an agreement with West Texas A&M University, several rooms were made available to the university. The building is currently 96% occupied. In 2007 the skyscraper was renovated.

In addition to the areas used as offices, there are also numerous shops in the building such as a hairdresser, a bank, a bookstore and a café.

Because of its similarity, the building is often confused with the One Financial Plaza in Fort Lauderdale , Florida .
