Chief of the Wehrmacht medical services

The chief of the Wehrmacht sanitary system (chief W San) was the highest person in charge of the entire sanitary system of the Wehrmacht .

The post in the High Command of the Wehrmacht (OKW), which formed the military counterpart to the post of the Reich Health Leader Leonardo Conti as head of the civil health system, was founded on July 28, 1942 and was carried out by Chief Staff Doctor Siegfried Handloser , who also held his previous position as chief responsible for the medical service of the entire army as army medical inspector and also as army doctor until August 13, 1944 continued to exercise.
