ChefVille
Chefville is a multiplayer - Restaurant - Simulation for social networks and by the company Zynga offered. The game was released on Facebook in August 2012 . Within the first month, ChefVille became the # 1 Facebook game. At the beginning of October 2012, ChefVille had more than 4.8 million active users per day and more than 45 million active users per month.
history
ChefVille is Zynga's second game in the restaurant genre after Café World , a Facebook game with 456,000 DAU (daily active users) and 2.4 million MAU (monthly active users) as of the beginning of October 2012. The main differences to Café World are that at ChefVille players can interact with the environment outside their virtual restaurant and receive real recipes as they progress within the game, the recipes being sent to the email address made available on Facebook. ChefVille is available for free in 17 languages on Facebook. The game was discontinued on April 30, 2015.
Gameplay
As a budding chef, you can open your first own restaurant in ChefVille. In essence, the game revolves around preparing dishes. The focus of the gameplay is on getting the ingredients for individual dishes, you plant and build and expand, or you ask your friends for help, who can supply the missing ingredients or support you with building work. Once you have all the ingredients for a recipe together, you start cooking at the designated hob, which has to be bought and set up separately.

ChefVille players can earn in-game rewards and free help from friends. You can also purchase game cash with real payment for faster progress.

On September 19, 2012, Zynga and Food Network announced a cooperation with celebrity chef Robert Irvine, Irvine accompanies the players as a virtual avatar through a series of challenges and helps players with rewards.
