Cheikh Ndiaye

Cheikh Ndiaye (born September 13, 1962 in Dakar , Senegal ) is a Senegalese director.

Cheikh Ndiaye studied film at the Conservatoire libre du cinéma français (CLCF) in Paris. His last film L'Appel des arènes is a Senegalese- Burkinabe -Moroccan-French coproduction about the wrestling scene in Dakar and was shown in the Forum des Junge Films as part of the 2006 International Film Festival in Berlin .
