Chemical Markup Language

The Chemical Markup Language (ChemML or CML) is a document format for representing chemical formulas and complex expressions. It is a markup language that is based on XML and should be as easy to use as possible. It is supported by the libraries OpenBabel , Chemistry Development Kit , JUMBO and the programs Jmol , Bioclipse , JOELib .
