Chemistry is the title of a porn film by the director Tristan Taormino , released by Vivid Entertainment Group in 2006.

Three men and four women from the porn industry are locked in a villa for 36 hours according to the Big Brother concept and filmed with the camera. There is no script or stage directions. This concept is considered a novelty in the industry. The film has a running time of 165 minutes.
