Cherno Omar Jallow (born August 7, 1959 ) is a Gambian politician .

Cherno Omar Jallow stood in the 2007 parliamentary elections as a candidate for the Alliance for Patriotic Reorientation and Construction (APRC) in the Upper Niumi constituency in the Kerewan Administrative Area . With 77.98% he was able to win the constituency before Ebrima K. Sonko (UDP) for himself. In the 2012 parliamentary election , Khan ran again in the same constituency. Since there was no opposing candidate from the opposition, he was able to win the constituency for himself. Jallow did not run for the 2017 parliamentary election .
