Faiq Jefri Bolkiah (born May 9, 1998 in Los Angeles , California , USA ) is a Bruneiian football player who is used in midfield.

Career

Bolkiah started at Southampton FC in his youth before being brought to England's top club by Chelsea FC talent scouts in 2013 . After three years he moved to the English Premier League club Leicester City , for whose youth and youth team he was occasionally used. He also plays for the Brunei national team , including as captain.

Personal

Faiq Bolkiah is the son of Jefri Bolkiah , the Prince of Brunei , and the nephew of Hassanal Bolkiah , the current Sultan of Brunei. He is a citizen of both the USA and the Brunei .
