The Chichil Point (English; Bulgarian нос Чичил nos Tschitschil ) is a rocky headland on the southeastern coast of Clarence Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It forms the westernmost point of the island and is 2.1 km north of Craggy Point and 4.05 km southwest of Vaglen Point . The headland marks the northern end of the Caleta Feilberg .
British scientists mapped it in 1972 and 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2014 after the town of Chichil in northwestern Bulgaria .
