Chipping Norton Castle

Chipping Norton Castle is an Outbound castle in the northwest of the market Chipping Norton in the English county of Oxfordshire .

Of the wooden Norman moth , which must have originated soon after the Norman conquest of England in 1066, only the 6 meter high mound and earthworks can be seen today. They are considered a Scheduled Monument .
