Chlamys Ledge is a 65 m high mountain ridge made of tertiary sandstone on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises in Chopin Ridge above Mazurek Point .
Polish scientists named it in 1988 after the fossil prints of mussels of the genus Chlamys found here .
