Chloe Esposito , OAM (born September 17, 1991 in Camden ) is an Australian pentathlete and Olympic champion .

Life

Chloe Esposito first took part in the Olympic Games in 2012 . She finished seventh in the end. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she became Olympic champion and at the same time won the first medal for Australia in the modern pentathlon. At the same time, an Olympic record was set with 1372 points.

Her sister Emily and her brother Max are also pentathletes. Her father and trainer Daniel took part in the modern pentathlon competition at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles .
