Cho In-joo

Cho In-joo (* 13. April 1969 in Damyang County , South Korea ) is a South Korean boxer in the super flyweight .

Professional career

In 1992 he successfully started his professional career. On August 29, 1998 he boxed against Gerry Peñalosa for the world championship title of the association WBC and won by split judge decision. He defended this title a total of five times and lost it in August 2000 to Masamori Tokuyama on points.

After he also lost the direct rematch against Tokuyama - which took place on May 20 of the following year - he ended his career.
