Chongqing Corporate Avenue 1 (formerly International Commerce Center 1 ) is a under construction skyscraper on the banks of the Jialing River in the district of Yuzhong of Chongqing ( China ).
The skyscraper planned by the architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates was originally supposed to be completed in 2016, but is currently on a construction freeze. A date for the opening is uncertain. With a height of 99 floors and 468 meters, the building would still be by far the tallest in the city.
It is not to be confused with the International Commerce Center in Hong Kong .
