The Tianjin R&F Guangdong Tower ( Chinese  富力 大厦 , Pinyin Fùlì Dàshà ) is a skyscraper under construction in the new Binhai district of Tianjin ( China ).

The skyscraper planned by the Chicago architectural office Goettsch Partners was originally supposed to reach a height of 91 floors and 468 meters when completed in 2017. Offices are to be built in the lower area of the building, while a hotel is planned for the upper floors. According to the plans, this should include 440 suites. The building is currently on a halt.

Architecturally, the design of the skyscraper is characterized by a square base, with different gradations and the corners being rounded. The roof will be around 400 meters high (the highest floor is 384 meters), which will be followed by three peaks similar to pylons, which will reach the final height. The entire facade of the building is to be clad with uniform glass. 57 elevators are planned inside  , which should reach speeds of eight meters per second.

Upon completion, the tower is expected to become the second tallest building in Tianjin after the 597-meter-high Goldin Finance 117 , which should be completed around 2020.
